Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, accepting the registration checkbox, using Elite NUET, registering for an event, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that your parent or legal representative has reviewed and accepted these Terms and any paid order. The platform operator is Narboto Nurlanov.

2. Service and independence

Elite NUET provides independent NUET preparation tools, including lessons, materials, mock tests, diagnostics, exam and practice modes, explanations, reviews, mistake correction, saved questions, analytics, recommendations, learning paths, notifications, forums, discussions, and scheduled mock events.

Elite NUET is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Nazarbayev University, Cambridge, or an official NUET provider. Official admission rules, candidate instructions, dates, score conversion, and exam decisions are controlled by the relevant official bodies and may change.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your email and profile details current.
• Keep login credentials secure and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or use another person's account.
• Google sign-in is optional; email/password sign-in is available.
• We may require email verification and anti-abuse verification before access to some features.

4. Courses, tests, and scheduled events

Each course, paid product, or scheduled event may have its own published description, price, registration period, start window, duration, attempt limit, participation condition, and access period. Those specific terms form part of these Terms.

Event access may require a confirmed registration and manual approval. A timed event attempt may expire when its published window or timer ends. If a platform-side failure materially prevents access, contact support with relevant details so the attempt can be investigated.

5. Manual payments, community events, and referrals

• The current site does not use automatic card checkout or recurring billing. For a paid event, payment instructions may be provided through Telegram, and payment and access are confirmed manually after receipt review.
• Do not send full card numbers, CVV, online-banking passwords, SMS codes, or other banking credentials to Elite NUET.
• A referral price applies only after the code and eligibility are confirmed. Self-referral, duplicate accounts, false information, or manipulated proof may be rejected and access may be recalculated or revoked.
• A free community event may require a truthful confirmation that you shared the event with a friend or reposted the announcement and then contacted the operator. Registration alone does not guarantee access until the condition is approved.
• The event page and confirmation message should be reviewed before payment. They identify the service, amount, access condition, and timing applicable to that order.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and no automatic renewal

There is currently no automatic subscription renewal. If recurring billing is introduced later, its price, frequency, cancellation method, and consent will be shown before purchase.

Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed under the event-specific terms, the amount of service already provided, the reason for the request, and applicable consumer law. These Terms do not remove any non-waivable consumer right.

If Elite NUET cancels a paid event or cannot provide the purchased access, we will offer an appropriate remedy, such as rescheduling, replacement access, or a refund, as required by applicable law and agreed with the user.

7. Educational disclaimer

Elite NUET provides preparation and practice. We do not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a particular official NUET score, or any official exam outcome. Raw percentages and mastery labels are internal educational indicators, not official score conversions.

8. Acceptable use and community rules

• Do not scrape, copy in bulk, resell, leak, publish, or commercially reuse platform content without permission.
• Do not share restricted test questions, answer keys, screenshots, or discussion content, bypass spoiler protection, or obtain advance access through another account.
• Do not attack, reverse engineer, overload, automate abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or another user's data.
• Do not cheat, falsify payment or participation proof, manipulate referrals, or interfere with a fair scheduled mock.
• Do not publish spam, harassment, threats, unlawful content, personal data of another person, or abusive material in forums and discussions.

9. Content and intellectual property

The platform design, code, organization, original questions, explanations, lessons, graphics, videos, reports, and branding belong to Elite NUET or the relevant licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use accessible content for your own study.

Third-party materials remain the property of their owners and may have separate license terms. Reporting a suspected copyright or content-quality issue does not waive any party's rights.

10. Availability, changes, and user content

We may maintain, correct, replace, or retire content and features, and may adjust an event before registration closes. We will not use these Terms to remove rights already earned under a paid order without an appropriate remedy.

You remain responsible for content you post and grant Elite NUET a limited permission to store and display it only as needed to operate the relevant forum or discussion. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate security issues, payment or referral fraud, cheating, unauthorized content distribution, harm to other users, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow the user to contact us.

You may stop using the service, reset selected progress, or use Delete Account. Account deletion and data retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law, complaints, and changes

These Terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you. Please contact us first so a complaint can be reviewed within the period required by law; you may also use available regulatory, pre-trial, or court remedies.

We may update these Terms for service or legal changes. Material changes apply prospectively after publication and, where required, renewed notice or consent. The update date at the top identifies the current version.
